I work on machine learning for chemistry and biology. I finished an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the Vrije Universiteit in 2026. My thesis applied deep learning to mass spectrometry data for molecular property prediction. For my BSc, I studied Computer Science at the UvA and wrote a thesis on formal verification in Lean 4.

Formal verification of distributed gossip protocols using dependent type theory, including a sufficiency proof for expert propagation in fully-connected graphs (2n−4 calls) and an evaluation framework for checking correctness of the protocol representation.
